What are the terms of the service agreement?

What is the FontsLive Refund Policy?
We offer a free 30 day trial for all our FontsLive fonts. This allows you to confirm that the font style, font quality and technical implementation on your website meet your needs before you actually purchase the font. Since FontsLive is billed in advance and is non-refundable we highly recommend this 30 day free trial option.
As mentioned before, FontsLive is an annual subscription that is billed in advance and non-refundable. There is no refund for a downgrade or for any termination of service, for any reason. You may cancel the services or any portion of the services at any time, but no refund will be issued if you cancel.
To cancel your subscription, simply sign in to your account, select the Web Fonts manager, then select the font(s) you want to cancel and click the cancel option.
