We want you to be 100% satisfied no matter if you purchase a web font or a traditional desktop font.
We offer a free 30 day trial for all our Web Fonts. This is to allow you to confirm the font style, quality and technical implementation on your website will meet your needs.
The Web Fonts service is an annual subscription. The services are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There is no refund for a downgrade or for any termination of service, for any reason. You may cancel the services or any portion of the services at any time, however no refund will be issued if you cancel.
After you add a web font to your shopping cart, you have the option of buying a desktop font license and downloading the font to your computer. If you have a problem that we cannot solve and you would like to return a desktop font license that you purchased directly from Ascender, we will exchange or refund the purchase if you contact Ascender to request the return within 15 days of receiving the product.
To return a product purchased directly from Ascender:
1. Contact the Ascender Customer Service team. You can simply reply to the email receipt, use our contact form or phone us. You will need to provide the following information:
* The order number
* Your name
* The font product you are returning
* The reason for the return
2. Remove the font product from your computer and send us an email confirming that the fon product(s) you downloaded were destroyed.
